Hangout Test 2

Getting closer to finishing a live studio in office for the sole purpose of Google Hangouts On Air. This second test has improved resolution in the video. Neither the GH3 or the rest of the gear in the setup was designed for live streaming so it's a slow process.

At least I can add Hangouts On Air to the many features of the GH3's toolbox. What a versatile device in an age where photography is so much more then a still.

Thanks to +Matt Fischer (who designed the awesome logo for GiulioSciorio.com ) of Provoke Creative for helping me with this test.

Giulio, will you explain how you did it technically to stream video from the GH3 to the Hangouts?

As soon as I get the bugs worked out (there are many) I'll have a nice tutorial on the process. Although the GH3 is not designed for streaming its amazing that it can do it.
